No, unfortunately, due to warehouse reorganization, next-day delivery service is temporarily unavailable.

2. When will I receive my order and how is it sent?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours for weekday orders. Weekend orders are processed and dispatched the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email when your order has been sent from our warehouse.

Return & Refund
1. What is your returns policy?
Please ensure returned items meet the following conditions for a refund:
- Unworn and unwashed
- No marks from makeup, fake tan, or body lotions
- All tags attached
- Shoes tried on indoors with no signs of wear

2. How long do I have to return?
You have 30 days to return unwanted items from the day you receive your order.

This may be due to an address that is temporarily unable to deliver or filled in incorrectly.
