We offer worldwide shipping, with costs and free shipping eligibility based on order thresholds outlined in our policy. Please note that certain orders may require additional processing time. What shipping options are available, and what are the costs?

At Higianna, we offer worldwide shipping with two straightforward options:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders with 2 or more items, or orders over US $59.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under US $59, a flat rate of US $6.99 applies.

We strive to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you can expect:

Processing & shipping:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Processing and shipping typically occur within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time:

• United States: 5–8 business days

• Canada: 8–10 business days

• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

• Australia: 4–7 business days

• Germany: 5–8 business days

• France: 3–5 business days

• Italy: 5–8 business days

• Spain: 5–8 business days

• Rest of the World: 5–8 business days

Stock notifications:

If any items in your order are out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address only if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us to make any changes.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Simply visit here and enter the tracking number to track your package's progress.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, contact our Customer Service team at sales@higianna.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if needed, arrange a reshipment. Once a reshipment is processed, any further delays will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to warehouse processing. If you have not received multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to us at sales@higianna.com for assistance.

Delays in transit

While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Refused shipments

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via email to collect it from the local courier station. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

Do you deliver to a PO box?

We currently ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes within the U.S.
